Problem Note 50683: The Pre-aggregation utility does not aggregate data correctly when merch_attr1_value is 'NULL' and merch_attr2_value has a value

In SAS® Merchandise Allocation, the Pre-aggregation utility does not aggregate data correctly when merch_attr1_value is 'NULL' but merch_attr2_value has values. This issue occurs because merch_attr2_value is incorrectly only validated if merch_attr1_value is not 'NULL'. This issue does not occur if merch_attr1_value has values and merch_attr2_value is 'NULL'.
